Mama finally got a new car!

Ok - so not brand new, but new to me. Thank goodness! It's so nice to have a roomy reliable car. This isn't a picture of my car, but one very similar - even the same color! Wahoo!

Alexander is 2!!!

Well it was a nasty day and both of the kids were sick - but we had a good time anyhow! I can't believe our baby is 2 years old! Where does the time go?

YAY! Aunt Nicki is having a BOY!

Jay and Nicki called last night - they had a sonogram yesterday and found out they are having a boy! We are so thrilled for them! They are both outdoorsey and athletic so a little rug rat boy will fit in perfectly! I don't think Alexander gets the concept yet - but he was sure excited when we told him!

Trip to Iowa and Aunt Nicki

Mee-Maw and I took the kids to Iowa to see Uncle Joe and Aunt Nancy.


Papa Denny came down for awhile to see the kids - they had such a good time!

Crazy Days of Summer

Weekend Visitors

My Aunt Mary and Uncle Mel were in town this past weekend. We all gathered at Mee-Maw Dixie's. You know that Alexander loved it-he got to go swimming with Cousin Blair!


They got to meet Miss Ashleigh for the first time!


You know Mee-Maw Dixie loved having all of the grandkids(so far) in the same spot!

Unfortunately, my camera is still broken - so I have no pictures to post.

Not a lot has been going on - it's so hot outside we've been staying inside most of the time.

Alexander is getting so big and becoming very very vocal about EVERYTHING! He's really a sweet boy - just hasn't learned patience yet. Much like his Daddy! ha ha

Ashleigh is growing like a weed and really starting to get a sweet personality. She's still sleeping through the night and getting better about throwing fits during the day!

Mark is getting better every day and has possibly (finally) gotten to a place where he's not sick to his stomach every single day. That IS a good thing!

I've just been working and taking care of my amazing kids [Mark included!] and loving being a Mommy.
